NO Service Charge added to our rates. Most Inns in Vermont add a 15% Service Charge to their Rates, we do not.
Cancellation Policy
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit (minimum of one night’s stay) is required in advance. This deposit is fully refundable, less a $15 cancellation fee per room, per night, provided the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to the first night of stay. Cancellations or alterations made within 14 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In addition, guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a fee equal to the room rate and tax for the remaining unused nights. Cancellations received within 2 days of arrival date as well as no shows will be charged the full rate for the unused night.
