All rates are per Room or Suite per night for 1 or 2 persons. There is a $20.00 charge per night for each additional person. All rates include full country Gourmet Breakfast. Rates are subject to change without notice. Also, complimentary afternoon tea, coffee and goodies are provided.

Rates do not include the 9% Vermont Room & Meals Tax.
Service Charge
No Service Charge will be added to your final Bill of Fare. Please Note: Most Inns in Vermont add a 15% Service Charge to their Rates. WE DO NOT!
